Hey Everyone! I am Adrienne and I am a posing coach for TPWH - we have been working relentlessly behind the scenes in order to bring posing coaching via video call and in-person for Wales and MORE 🤩
I’ve been a competitive bikini athlete since 2020, competing over 3 season and taken a few long offseason.
The industry and fitness has always been a huge part of my life, initally stepping into the gym floor with my dad at 14. I was very enthusiastic in all sports throughout school and during my PE GCSE going to college to become a choreographer was something I was looking to pursue.
Posing however did not come naturally to me, showcasing your physique really is a skill that you must develop. Over the years I’ve really gone from the very bottom to building on the craft , being patient and relentless and now I’m a PCA pro athlete with PCA professional world champion title, Miss Universe title and have multiple 1st place champion wins across UK federation’s. 🗡️
This means I GET IT. I can completely relate to you, to the ones that find posing initally daunting and I can support you to stage by showcasing your best self. Whether it’s the first ever lesson, working on your existing skills, fine tuning or adding more originality , I got you! 🫶🏽
I am beyond excited to be the new coach for TPWH, building on the already strong team and ever-growing community and I can’t wait to get working with you and see you shine! ✨
